Take time for yourself to slow down and reconnect with your body and breath. In this class, we’ll move with intention to cultivate balance in both mind and bodyThe goal is to deepen the relation to self and leave feeling blissful and connected.

Please bring your yoga mat. Props such as blocks, a strap, or a blanket are encouraged if you have them.
