Grab a glass and join Winemaker Mark Fowler for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at Andis. This relaxed, guided stroll takes you through the barrel room, crush pad, and vineyard, where Mark will share insights into the journey from grape to glass. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully curated tasting woven into the experience itself—each pour selected to reflect the spaces you’re standing in and the stories being told, including a rare taste straight from the barrel.

Learn how our winemaking team crafts each vintage—from harvest decisions to fermentation and barrel aging—while sipping and discovering the nuances that shape every bottle. It’s an immersive, conversational experience that brings you closer to the heart of Andis.

After the walk, the focus shifts from vineyard to fire. We’re delighted to welcome Maria’s Paella from Sacramento, preparing her beloved, authentic paella fresh on site. Watch as it’s cooked to perfection right before your eyes, then settle in with a generous, heaping plate paired beautifully with Andis wines.

Come for the wine, stay for the stories, the food, and the unforgettable moment shared together at Andis.
