This guided tasting features four distinct Zinfandels from our region, showcasing both heritage vines over 100 years old and newer plantings, offering a rare opportunity to explore how vine age and site expression shape the character of the wine.
Each Zinfandel will be thoughtfully paired with a curated bite designed to highlight and contrast the wine’s natural richness and spice. Pairings include:
- Peppadew peppers stuffed with gorgonzola cheese and finished with a balsamic drizzle
- Phyllo cup filled with sharp cheddar, caramelized onions, and dressed with fig jam
- Italian meatball paired with house-made blueberry barbecue sauce
- Steak crostini with sautéed onions and mushrooms with a chimichurri sauce
